Michael was hired after I hired another attorney, that one dropped the ball big time, then had a life event that took her away from being able to consul me. Michael was hired by myself and found via referral. He was GREAT! Got my case turned around quickly, was on point with everything my previous at...torney messed up. And might I add at a BETTER price. He was aggressive in the right ways and I have gone through this before and he was a god send. I cannot thank him enough! There’s too much to type. It was a pretty easy difficult case. The main goal was to keep my kids in state and me retaining what custody I already had of my boys. Michael and his team were professional the entire time with me. Fielding questions, trying to offer support, and preparing me for the worst... case scenario (just in case). He and his team understood that my emotions were all over the place on this, that I didn’t want to get divorced and I wanted my children here. Never once was I faulted for speaking angrily or sharply. Did I have to re-submit documents from time to time? Sure, things happen. Michael always returned phone calls, emails and texts. He was available pretty much whenever i needed him. Day of court and ruling came, and not only did my boys stay in state, but I was awarded primary custody, among other things. I won’t get into the details of the case, but this was an extremely tough one given my situation. Michael, Josh , Camille and Leslie fought hard for me and my family. I highly recommend Michael Chin and his team for family law. I wouldn’t hesitate to call and employ his services again, which given my situation I probably will have too.
