Michael Spencer Chin

I met Michael on a complete fluke. I initially came to his office to meet with his father due to me considering filing for bankruptcy. I mentioned to his father that I was served divorce paper recently, and just had no idea what to do. He had Michael come and meet with me, within 5 minutes of hearing... what he had to say I was SOLD!! His attitude and demeanor was just outstanding. I told myself this is who I NEED representing me in this divorce. Michael has been nothing but excellent! Anytime the opposing counsel sent something ridiculous he fired back immediately. I could call Michael on the weekend or text him at night and he responded right away. Any worries or concerns he was there to help me the entire way.(And lets face it I am always worried). I hired Michael 2 and half years ago. I had moved to Washington with my family. My wife and I decided to seperate and I moved back to New York State. My wife decided I was never going to see my daughter again or if I did it would only be in the State of Washington. Michael worked hard , and ...fought very hard for my visitations.
