I read excellent reviews about Rooein online and so contacted him via his free evaluation form on his website. I had received his first traffic ticket after being rear-ended on I-5 by someone who created a 4 car chain reaction accident. My insurance agent suggested I hire an attorney as I had not cau...sed the accident and yet I was the only other person ticketed other than the person who actually caused the accident. It seemed as though being a teenage driver was enough to warrant a ticket due to the reputation teenage drivers have.  Roo responded to me right away, offering to talk over the weekend (I had submitted the online form late Friday afternoon).  Like others have noted, he was excellent to work with.  He thoroughly explained the process and what to expect and when.  His fee was very reasonable with no worry over additional fees later on.  His paralegal, Marya, followed up with us via email at several points along the way and was very helpful and professional.  As things progressed, Roo was in touch with us when he said he would be and updated us on status and possible outcomes.  In reading the Trooper's report about the accident, Roo was convinced that I shouldn't have received a ticket, but it's very hard to get a ticket fully dismissed once it's issued (I learned from Roo that traffic court is not like criminal court where the standard is "beyond a reasonable doubt").  Roo knew he could likely get the ticket amended to a non-moving violation and therefore not go on my son's driving record, but he felt on principle that the ticket should never have been issued.  Despite the odds of dismissal being extremely low, Roo successfully laid out the case with the prosecutor who ultimately agreed the ticket should be dismissed.  We would never have had this outcome without the work Roo did. My driving record was rightly cleared and my faith in due process was restored.  I can't thank Roo enough.  

Mr. Roshandel was very transparent in my initial talk with him. He clearly explained the details of how the process goes regarding a speeding ticket. This was my first speeding ticket hence i was very anxious about the procedure etc. he carefully listened my questions and gave me trustable answers.... His paralegal was also very approachable for questions. Lastly his fee was also reasonable compared to his peers I would definitely recommend Mr Roshandel for anyone.

I got pulled over for running a stop sign and really didn't want a moving violation on my record which might have impacted my insurance and given me points on my license. So I hired Rooein and he took care of it- he was able to get the ticket amended to a non-moving infraction which kept it off ...my driving record. He was professional and always easy to get ahold of!
