No excuses, just results

Dealing with Mr. Forgette was my first experience needing a lawyer. While extremely apprehensive in the beginning, Simon was able to quickly lay all of my fears and concerns to rest. In the little over 10 months that Simon represented me, I found him to be both courteous and attentive to my personal ...wants and expectations, but also to be someone who wouldn't hesitate to tell me when those wants and expectations were getting out of line with the reality of the situation. I came to trust and depend on his advice completely and in the end, he was able to achieve everything I had asked him to do. A very intelligent and competent attorney and someone that I would gladly work with again should the need ever arise.

Helped when nobody would.

Simon and his staff saw hope in my situation when several lawyers said no. Simon took the time to listen, investigate and piece together an outcome everyone else said would be impossible. I can't thank him enough for his help and I will forever be appreciative for his professionalism and his friends...hip.

Not your typical attorney..

Simon represented my husband in a motor vehicle accident case. His case was complicated and took several years to come to trial. Simon and his staff gave us the best legal representation possible. We are forever grateful for his time, compassion, honesty and integrity. There is no finer trial lawyer ...that represents the true meaning of the word Client, than Simon Forgette. We are honored to call him a true champion of our representation.

Who I'd call if a family member sustained a traumatic brain injury

I am not a client but work in a related field and have had the opportunity to work with Mr. Forgette numerous times over the last 20 years. He has achieved remarkable recoveries for his clients and is a top expert in representing persons with traumatic brain injuries. He not only provides excellent ...legal services, he is compassionate and caring. If my loved one sustained a traumatic brain injury, Simon is the only attorney I would call.
