Biography
I have focused my 23 years of practicing law exclusively in the areas of personal injury and insurance matters. I was formerly a senior attorney for a large national insurance company. Happily, I have since dedicated my practice to representing people and families who suffer from the effects of severe injuries or wrongful death. My insight into how insurance companies work helps me get excellent results for clients. As a partner at Adler Giersch, I'm very proud to be a part of a law firm that is very different from most others. We emphasize taking personalized care of clients, being good listeners, and still fighting hard for the best results possible. We are a small business that places emphasis on paying more attention to fewer cases, instead of trying to take as many cases as possible. My clients come from all parts of Washington State. I am especially proud to assist residents in Kent, and all of South King County, as I am a South King County resident myself.
I have extensive courtroom experience, having tried over 35 jury trials and 100 trials with only judges in my career.
I have achieved an "AV" Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the top rating for attorneys based on reviews from other attorneys. I have received a "10.0" rating from along with the Client's Choice Award. I have been voted a "Super Lawyer" by that publication based on the votes of other attorneys. I am also a member of the Washington State Bar Association, Washington State Association for Justice (Eagle member), Brain Injury Association of Washington, King County Bar Association, and the Latino Bar Association of Washington.
