If you’re searching for an accident and personal injury law firm, look no further. I’ve been working with Dayani Law Firm (specifically Lauren) since February 2022. This was for an uninsured motorist accident that occurred in October of 2021 that wasn’t my fault, and left me injured with ongoing chronic pain. I should have contacted Lauren sooner, otherwise I would have saved myself a lot of stress and time navigating a very confusing and often frustrating insurance and claims system. Lauren has fought for me from day #1. She took the time to really familiarize herself with my case and has been persistent in investigating the best course of action — keeping me informed, involved (when I needed to be), and frankly at ease. She’s knowledgeable about treatment and top providers , which was helpful in terms of scheduling and trying new things. Lauren’s a busy lawyer (for a reason, because she rocks!) and she always had time to hear me out. Thanks Lauren for your kindness and help — and for leaving me with a positive outcome.

Lauren Dayani graduated from Seattle University School of Law with honors. She was admitted to the Washington State Bar in 2012. Before law school, Lauren attended undergraduate at Whitman College where she studied Environmental Studies and Politics. In college and law school, Lauren was active in developing environmental policies on campus and was engaged in student groups with environmental missions such as climate change prevention and global sustainable development.

During law school, Lauren developed a love for the courtroom. She participated and advanced in numerous local and regional mock trial competitions. Lauren was invited to the Seattle University Law Review, the school’s prestigious legal journal. There she was selected as a Lead Article Editor for the journal, in charge of critiquing articles written by law professors and attorneys and readying them for publication.

After admission to the bar, Lauren began her practice as a trial attorney for the Washington State Office of the Attorney General, in actions protecting children from abuse and neglect. As an Assistant Attorney General, Lauren handled trials, hearings, and appeals, and appeared in front of the Washington State Court of Appeals for oral argument. She was recognized by judges and attorneys as a compassionate, talented and prepared trial attorney.

Lauren moved into private practice at Adler Giersch in 2014, before joining Dayani Law Firm in 2019, where she currently practices. Lauren enjoys protecting her clients through what is often a confusing world of insurance and at-fault claims.

Lauren loves yoga, walking around the city, and spending time with her husband Andre and their two dogs.

Highly recommended personal injury attorney

Lauren Dayani is an excellent personal injury attorney. She took care of every detail big and small as they came up so that I could focus on healing from my injuries. Nurse

I’m not the type to want to sue anyone, but after being in a car accident the opposing insurance company (deemed by police to be at complete fault) was making everything extremely difficult. Lauren at Dayani Law Firm was so wonderful. She gave me tons of advice and talked with me over the phone several times before I even committed to working with her. She never once pressured me to do anything I didn’t want to do. She always communicated options. She also took the pressure off of me having to deal with the insurance company. Working with her gave me the freedom to get the care I needed without going into debt or worrying about the bills until after the settlement. My goal was to stay out of debt and get the necessary treatment to help me heal from the injury. I was able to get the care I needed while she dealt with all the rest. After it was all done I didn’t have to pay for any treatment and even awarded some extra. I’m beyond grateful for her help during a really difficult time.

Dont think twice, hire her now!

After suffering a chemical inhalation injury, I was not only physically sick but equally unsure how I was going to navigate a company that was not willing to take responsibility for my injury. Wonderful, caring assistance

i contacted Lauren Adler's office & everyone i spoke with was extremely kind & helpful, none more so than intake person Carol Fritsch. Carol went out of her way to assist me under very trying circumstances. In the end, I needed an attorney who could also handle probate which, unfortunately was not Ms Adler's area, so I elected not to hire her for my other issue. A calm and professional advocate

I highly recommend hiring Lauren Adler if you are ever in the unfortunate position of needing to deal with a personal injury claim. The Light at the end of the tunnel

I was in a life altering car accident in 2015. A couple months after my accident i started getting harassing calls from the other parties insurance company. I asked around and Adler Giersch kept coming up. I called and was directed to Lauren, she gave me a bunch of advice over the phone and told me not to worry. She was at my side through everything and I could contact her at any moment. She made peace with the insurance companies, debt collectors, my employer and medical facilities. She kept them all in line and talking to each other, and really let them have it when they stepped out of line. I can honestly say, I would not have been able to heal and go through this process without her help. My family and I are for ever grateful for her and her company.

A True Professional

Sometimes one has to be just lucky in finding the best professional. Boy was I "lucky." Lauren was amazing in her determination to get me a favorable settlement from the insurer of the idiot who T-boned me while texting. She would not let them off the hook and pressed them to the wall. She is not shy and she is a big advocate for her clients. Cannot recommend her enough. I am referring any of my friends needing her services right to her and her firm.

A Strong and Caring Advocate

Lauren was an absolutely amazing advocate to have on my side in a fight against my insurance company regarding my personal injury claim. When insurance-sponsored doctors and claim adjusters denied my pain and suffering, she shared my frustration and fought hard. We ended up with the best possible outcome, and Lauren was able to work some legal magic through the process. She's savvy, tough, and just the person you want when the insurance companies don't do their job. Exceptional Person - Outstanding Lawyer

Lauren helped me circumvent the brutal insurance world where claims adjusters try to wear you down so they don't have to pay your claim - even if you are not the at- fault driver.
