We worked with Patrick Hanis and Steven Bash on our estate planning and medical documents. Patrick was very patient with our questions and gave us options and rationale behind different choices. Even when we went back with additional questions and concerns, he was patient and made additional changes ...until we were comfortable with the final result. While we could not meet in person, he was very responsive over emails and Zoom calls and helped us work out what we needed to do and gave us specific steps during and after our documents were signed. We appreciate the summary documents he put together and the support that his assistant Steven Bash gave to us during our process.

The process was simple, and he did a great job of explaining not only the purpose of each document, but the what's important about each ("in this one... you're giving someone else the power to do X, Y, and Z, but not A or B"). He gave practical, useful information, and he did not try to sell me anything I don't need (e.g. as a trust). I selected Patrick because my sister said she had a great experience working with him, and (while I hate to admit a sibling is right) she was right. I would recommend him without reservation.
