OUTCOME: After trial, the court ruled in favor of my client, and required the brother to reimburse my clients' attorneys fees and costs.
Brother of my client claimed that a Will executed by their mother contained a mistake and that my client should be excluded from the Will.
OUTCOME: Court found in favor of my client that the neighbors interpretation of the easement was incorrect, and that the trees removed were not unlawfully cut.
Neighbors claimed violation of view easement by my client and unlawful cutting of trees. After mediation was unsuccessful, trial took place.
