Biography
I practice exclusively in the area of immigration law and I am the head of the Immigration Department at Hanis Irvine Prothero, PLLC. I am also a founding partner of my law firm. My immigration practice assists individuals with family reunification and citizenship matters and supports the business immigration needs of local, national, and international corporations and non-profit organizations. I regularly defends the rights of immigrants and their families and frequently handles complex immigration cases in areas of deportation defense, waiver applications, administrative and federal court appeals, and consular processing matters.
I am married and have two beautiful daughters and an aging cocker spaniel. I enjoy playing tennis and soccer and spending time with my family.
