I first hired Patrick Hanis to assist with the estate for my wife after she passed away. My wife and I had never made formal plans so there was quite a bit to be done. Patrick took me through the process very efficiently, providing clear explanations that were easy to understand and presenting plenty... of detail on options when I had to make decisions. Throughout the process I was treated with respect and shown every kindness. When my mother passed away a year later I once again turned to Patrick. In this case my parent had made previous arrangements, but there were some gaps in those arrangements. Patrick helped close the gaps and proceeded with the required actions. When my siblings and I decided to take a different approach with distributing the property he provided us with clear explanations on the impact of our decision and advice on how to protect ourselves from possible problems.
