Biography
I am a partner at Hanis Irvine Prothero, PLLC. I assist people with estate planning, probate, real estate, and business transactions. This includes matters related to Wills, Trusts, Power of Attorney, administration of estates and trusts, guardianships, real estate transactions, boundary disputes and related issues.
Due to my litigation/arbitration/mediation experience, I am called upon to assist clients in a variety of matters. I am result oriented and find great pleasure when clients reach their legal goals quickly and efficiently. When a fair resolution cannot be achieved, I fight for my clients to achieve the most beneficial result possible. I have extensive experience in Superior courts, including trials, mediations, and arbitrations.

Estate Plan
Got an estate plan. Very thorough and explained everything. Good document as well (I have seen some that were not clear). Also explained what we will need to do in the future as life changes (relocation, deaths, etc.)
