Jeremy James Schroeder

Jeremy J. Schroeder was born in Sacramento, California. He completed his undergraduate work at the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1999, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Thereafter, he received his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2002. While in San Diego, Mr. Schroeder worked in the litigation management department of a major computer  manufacturer, assisting in the management of large scale document productions and internal investigations relating civil class actions and federal regulatory matters. Mr. Schroeder then joined the Southern San Joaquin Valley firm of Clifford & Brown in 2002, leaving as a partner in the firm in 2012 to move closer to family and join the team at Coleman, Chavez & Associates. He practiced workers compensation subrogation at Coleman, Chavez & Associates until returning to a full spectrum litigation practice, with a focus on railroad litigation, at Flesher McKague LLP in Rocklin, California in October 2012. In December 2015, Mr. Schroeder joined the newly formed firm of Flesher Schaff & Schroeder, Inc. as a shareholder.

Mr. Schroeder’s practice has involved a broad based civil litigation practice, including both tort and business matters on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants. His civil experience includes business disputes, automobile liability, wrongful death, collection actions, law enforcement defense, mechanic’s lien law, personal injury, ADA defense, government tort liability, FELA defense, subrogation, plaintiff’s personal injury and many other areas of litigation practice. Mr. Schroeder is admitted to practice in both the State and Federal Courts of California, with a successful track record of civil jury and bench trials.
