This attorney contacted me today through her paralegal on behalf of my condo association. This attoney’s position is that it is fine for the COA to fine me for having beautiful, well maintained flower pots outside my condo without following due process. This attorney also advocated that all the the COA’s violations are excusable and that I should actually step up to the plate and perform the maintenance for them unless I want my dues to go up with all my neighbors’
The communication between this attorney and her client were so poor that I had to provide it to them, more than once due to their confusion.
I don’t think an ethical attorney should be giving their clients a free pass on abiding by contracts while supporting fining homeowners for things that would never pass a reasonable person standard in the court.

I endorse this lawyer. Amy is incredibly dedicated to and zealously represents her clients. She has excellent case analysis skills, is super at negotiating good results for clients and, when necessary, has excellent case preparation and trial skills. She really cares about her clients and works well with them and their representatives (as a homeowners' and condo. association attorneys, we often work with property managers of our association clients). On top of all that, her positive, can-do attitude and good sense of humor make her a great person to work with.

Jason Benjamin, Child custody Attorney on Nov 8, 2010 Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter
I endorse this lawyer. I have had Amy on a couple of cases as the opposing lawyer. She was well-prepared and a skillful negotiator. Those are the two essential skills of a successful family law attorney. Due to her experience in real estate in particular, she is particularly suited to help families who have real estate and commercial property to divide. Even though she is always an aggressive advocate for her client, she is well-liked and well-respected both by attorneys and judges alike.
Michael Hanis, Construction and development Attorney on Aug 29, 2010 Relationship: Co-worker
I endorse this lawyer's work. Amy is developing a fine practice representing Homeowners Associations, which will allow her to use her litigation skills to good advantage for her clients.
