I did not have a positive experience with this firm, though my interaction was limited to a consultation with Ruth V. Her customer service was disappointing; she came across as condescending and did not inspire confidence in her knowledge or abilities as an attorney. Your experience may differ, but I... ultimately decided not to proceed with her services and shared my concerns with her.

Hired Ruth for a prenup agreement I wanted prepared ahead of my wedding. Ruth was very patient in explaining everything to me and gave me some "worst case divorce scenarios" which really helped put the prenup into perspective. I just posted this on Google for the firm but I found her through Avvo so I'm posting here too--Ruth handled on my high conflict custody case. Communication was quick and I never felt like I needed to chase anyone down for an update on my case. I appreciated their attention to detail when preparing ...documents for court and Ruth explained everything fully and in terms I could understand because these cases can get complicated as anyone who has been in a family law case can confirm. Rates here are beyond fair for the level of care you get from attorneys and staff.
