Robin’s practice focuses on protection of trademark and trade dress rights, resolving internet-related intellectual property disputes and working with clients in the franchise industry. She also continues her work with privately-held businesses and individuals on a wide range of commercial litigation matters. Robin has successfully resolved trademark and domain name claims in federal and state courts and before the TTAB, negotiated Consent to Use and Concurrent Use agreements, and tried trademark cases to judgment.
