Sarah Jordan's estate planning practice is wonderful. We started the process with free online training provided by Sarah on the various estate planning documents, terminology, the process, etc. (because of Covid-19, the in-person training is online). After the webinar, my husband and I each complete...d questionnaires at our own pace. Once we submitted our information to Sarah, she called us to go over our responses, and to recommend a plan going forward. After the planning call, the documents were drafted, we reviewed them, we had another call where Sarah went over every paragraph for every document in detail. She answered every question, was professional, and responsive. We're relieved and grateful to know that our families will have instructions and a plan about how our assets will be distributed after we're gone.

We highly recommend Sarah Jordan! Sarah made it so easy for us to complete our estate planning. She patiently explained all the terms and answered all our questions. Once we completed a questionnaire, she delivered a draft in a timely manner. Then, we all met to sign it (she provided a witness and a ...notary) and it was done!

Sarah Jordan was highly recommended in my local Facebook group when I asked about needing my will put together. Someone added a link to her wills workshop that she does a couple times a month. It was free so my husband and I signed up. The free wills workshop was very informative. We learned a lo...t about why we needed a will, what contingencies we needed to plan for, and what the difference between power of attorney and a health care directive, etc. Mostly though, we got to know Sarah and how she explains things. She has this quality about her, she made us feel comfortable with her, like working with a friend and not some stiff lawyer stranger in a suit. We contracted Sarah to create our legal documents. The worksheet she gave us during the workshop was basically the starting point, but working with her one on one, she was able to customize our wills based on our personal wishes and long-term planning. We ended up meeting with her 3 times over the course of a month to get it all finalized. We are very happy with the end result, though hopefully it is something nobody will have to actually use for a very long time.
