I was referred to Mr. Anderson and was very fortunate he agreed to take me on as a client. During the initial consultation he quickly analyzed my situation and advised me how to pursue an amicable and financially reasonable approach to my unexpected divorce. Unfortunately for me, my ex was not intere...sted in an amicable resolution, and Wolfgang quickly changed direction. He implemented an effective strategy that ultimately allowed me to settle my case in mediation, avoiding an ugly custody battle in court. His strategic abilities and knowledge greatly benefitted me and my children both emotionally and financially. While my divorce was a very difficult life event, I always felt confident that I was in experienced hands and that I had a real advocate in the legal process. I greatly appreciated Wolgang’s direct and clear communication style (he will always tell you the truth) and I was always kept up to date on timelines and proceedings. Wolfgang is a very experienced lawyer and has a great staff. My case was very challenging where I was at risk of having very little time with my kids due to wrongful allegations by my exwife. She was also wanted to have everything her own way and wasn't compromising on anything. Wolfgang set good exp...ectations with me throughout a lengthy process which took about 1.5 years and we eventually resolved all issues through mediation to my satisfaction in terms of both time with the kids and division of assets. Wolfgang was great at chosing the right battles to fight and trying to save me money wherever he could. I could not be more happy with him and his staff.

Wolfgang took over my case from another attorney, who had let the process float for over a year and a 1/2. I asked Wolfgang to get the thing done and he did. However, like another reviewer here, I feel like in the name of getting it done, he pushed me to accept terms regarding my children that I di...dn't/don't feel were in their best interests. We should have fought harder for the welfare of the kids but instead he convinced me I had no other choice and, frankly, I wasn't strong enough to fight my attorney AND my ex. I ultimately accepted a custody agreement that was not in the best interests of my children, which I have regretted since day one. If you can be diligent and are strong enough to stand up to Wolfgang, he will be a fighter for you. However, if you are in less than a strong personal space and need someone with compassion and understanding, go find someone else. It is obvious to me that his expertise is in the actual mechanics of the divorce, NOT in the more emotional and sensitive issues, like child custody. Please understand - I believe Wolfgang to be a very good attorney, just not the RIGHT attorney if you have sensitive personal issues and need someone to take the time to appreciate the many emotional facets of divorce and custody.
