Wasted precious time

Hired Mr. Bugni after a colleague recommended him for post divorce matters that were unexpected. Nearly every correspondence was either not from him or it was horribly out of date by the time he responded which in turn caused my ex wife to get the upper hand in our matter. I was increasingly frustrat...ed and ultimately out of funds to support the situation.

Dedicated, Knowledgable, Honest Advocate - Excellent Attorney - Strongly Recommend for Complex Cases

When Mike Bugni took on my case I knew I was in good hands. It was a very complex case with some elements that were very difficult to navigate. He always told me the truth of the situation, whether it was what I wanted to hear or not. I knew I could trust his judgement from day one. My case took ...a long time to resolve due to the interaction of criminal and family law issues but he never failed to respond, to let me know when I needed to let something go and keep my attention focused on the final outcome. He has an excellent sense of when opportunities for compromise or settlement present themselves, and was able to get the other party to the table and settle out of court when it seemed that was not an option. Almost two years later, my life has settled down, my child is safe and thriving, and he remains in my corner for any issues that come up. I had never worked with an attorney before and Mike was patient, looked after my interests, and let me know when my style of communication was running up my bill so I could tailor how I worked with him to keep charging to minimum and stay focused on the important things. He is excellent in court, and even better at avoiding court whenever possible. If you have Mike on your side you can rest assured the outcome will be the best possible given the circumstances, the unpredictability of the court system, and the specifics of your case. Mine was complex, but he made it understandable and worked tirelessly for the best result for my child, and for me.

Michael is Simply the Best

I have had a client/attorney relationship with Mr. Bugni for 33 years. Even as a newly practicing Attorney back in 1984, it was clear to me why my brother referred him to me. He's a winner! Even then, Michael's demeanor was that of a seasoned professional, always taking immediate action and the highe...r road. I have referred Michael zealously over these many years to several clients and all of them have achieved amazing results, including regaining custody of long lost children for one couple and reduction of insanely high support orders for another. I recall in the 80s going to court seven times and winning seven times. In recent months, Michael was successful in representing me with power and grace in a tough divorce. I could not have asked for a better outcome. In my experience, Judges and opposing council alike, have the highest respect for Michael's ethics and calm, confident demeanor; always sticking to the facts. In my own decades of experience, Michael has always gotten back to me in a timely fashion, has taken the ball and pounded it over the goal line. If you are looking for an absolute powerhouse attorney, I could not recommend anyone who would even come close to Mr. Michael Bugni.

Waste of time & money

I think the outcome of my divorce was likely inevitable. As the higher-earning spouse, I was going to get screwed financially no matter what. I think Mike should have told me that, and just gotten it over with as quickly as possible. But what he did was go through the motions for many months, billing... all the while, but with no real effect on the outcome.
