Gordon Lotzkar

I went to Gordon because I lacked confidence with my original attorney. Best decision I ever made. I’m a lawyer myself and can get a sense of whether the quality of oral arguments and written briefing is good vs shoddy vs a ‘show for the client.’ I can also appreciate the risks of various legal strat...egies. Gordon was, (and still is) very effective with my case. My Ex was very unreasonable, and her counsel was difficult, aggressive, unethical, and unprofessional. Gordon encouraged me to make some difficult decisions- and they paid off big time in the end. I suspected my case would end up among those 5% that goes to trial (due entirely to the other party, not for a lack of genuine effort by Gordon). I was correct. Gordon was not frightened by the prospect of trial (Many attorneys are, especially when Opposing Counsel is aggressive and difficult). Gordon performed very well at trial. He was the ‘adult in the room’ and the judge appreciated it. The judge sided with me entirely- even though the other side spent enormous amounts of money. Thanks to Gordon, I have 50/50 with my son, and no longer worry about relocation. I should add that Gordon’s fees/application of fees was very reasonable. I was not charged for hours of ‘research’ because Gordon already knows the law. I don’t have a bad thing to say about Gordon or his capable team of associates and paralegals. -Leif D.
