Gordon handled our post secondary education case with swiftness and efficiency. Not only does he explain all your options to you but encourages you on what’s best based on the predicted outcome of said action(s). He is respected amongst his colleagues which makes it easier to resolve things in a shor...ter period of time, which ultimately ends up costing you less money. He also handled our case when my ex tried to take me back to court outside the timeframe allowed and it was dismissed before ever stepping foot in a courtroom. Highly recommend if you find yourself in these difficult circumstances as he makes it better!

When I hired the Lotzkar Law Firm, I felt like I was between a rock and a hard place. I was a brand new father head over heals with my newborn little girl, and I wanted to ensure that I had the right to raise her and play a significant role in her life.  I felt a child should have equal time with ...both parents, while the mother felt it best that I was limited to two hours, twice a week. In the end, due to his extensive experience in family law along with his dedicated staff, I was able to secure a tremendous amount of time with my daughter in a parenting plan that would transition into 50/50 custody.  My daughter is almost two years old, and she and I have an amazing bond.  I am beyond grateful to be able to look back and see the instrumental role that I’ve been able to play in her life. Gordon, is probably the best divorce attorney in the US. He handled my case well. He came into a bad situation where my previous attorney was friends of my EX's attorney. So at the beginning when all of the Arbiters were friends of my EX's attorney it was difficult but he held his ground. Once my... EX switched attorneys, he crushed the opposition everytime. He won multiple "Contempt" motions and ridiculous motions of my EX. I think he won 6 motions in a row and got attorney fees! Just tremendous job by Gordon.
