When I hired the Lotzkar Law Firm, I felt like I was between a rock and a hard place. I was a brand new father head over heals with my newborn little girl, and I wanted to ensure that I had the right to raise her and play a significant role in her life.  I felt a child should have equal time with ...both parents, while the mother felt it best that I was limited to two hours, twice a week. I knew it was going to be an uphill battle. Gordon and his staff worked very hard on my behalf. I was never promised a particular result. Instead Gordon was always very honest as to what the possible outcomes were at any given point even when it wasn’t what I wanted to hear.  But he never stopped fighting to get what I felt was best for my daughter, and he produced results. In the end, due to his extensive experience in family law along with his dedicated staff, I was able to secure a tremendous amount of time with my daughter in a parenting plan that would transition into 50/50 custody.  My daughter is almost two years old, and she and I have an amazing bond.  I am beyond grateful to be able to look back and see the instrumental role that I’ve been able to play in her life. Gordon and his paralegal are absolutely the most helpful team. They helped my Fiancé and I get through a particularly trying legal battle.
