I was referred to Mr. Lotzkar by a friend after my divorce was final. I had questions about changing the parenting plan. He actually answered the call – the staff transferred me to him and he spoke to me about the process and what his suggestion was for moving forward. When it came time to do a relocation some years later, he again answered the call, told me about the monthly billing with no retainer, and explained what I can and cannot do.
