Jennifer is great but very slow in returning phone calls. I had to call her office twice to get a return phone call. Finally she sent me an email on when we could get together to talk about helping me with a beneficiary form. She said she could do it as we speak but I wasn't available that day. I ema...iled her back to set up a time. i never heard from her again. It's been about 3 weeks. This is a concern, because if something happens to me my daughter will have problems contacting her.

We had a first meeting with Jennifer and hired her for will planning. It was an hour long phone call where we went over all the details and she asked us to come for the signing in 2 weeks time. We asked her if we could get our own witness and she said yes, she would mail the papers. Its been over a m...onth and we still have nothing, she does not respond to messages and the her phone assistant is of no help either. We feel like we wasted our time and energy with multiple follow ups but are back at the same place we started. Don't waste your time, look for another attorney.
