I hired Gene in the spring of 2016 to handle a criminal trespass charge in the city of Bellevue, Wa, I was also on a records check program with the city of Bellevue on a previous trespassing case so I was looking at some trouble with the court system. Gene negotiated with the prosecutor and wonderf...ully enough they agreed to drop the new charge as long as I performed 2 days of community service on the old case. I was very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend Gene to handle any criminal case. I also hired Gene on a DUI case in 2001 and he was able to get this charge dropped. Gene is a very thoughtful and professional attorney and I will not hesitate to hire him in the future if needed.

Best Attorney

Gene is a excellent lawyer he helped my brother twice and when I needed help with a situation I didn't hesitate to ask him to help me out. I called at 10 am and he was able to start working on the case at 1 pm. He keeps you updated and makes sure you fully understand something before he moves on. ...He has put his clients first to let them know to contact him anytime if anything comes up. Even though I hope I never need him again if I do He will be the ONLY person I call.

DO NOT HIRE! Takes your money and doesn't follow up!

I don't normally leave reviews but in this case I feel ethically compelled to do so. Hired Mr. Piculell a while back, he will literally meet with you for the initial meet/greet, takes your money and then you ARE on your own. Did not follow up properly on the case, I had to conduct my own research as ...well as to reach out to the prosecutor's office for updates. The case was rightfully declined by the prosecutor, and when I contacted Mr. Piculell to express my concerns regarding his work ethics and lack of communication, his response to me verbatim was " I'm sorry, there is no legal recourse for you here," implying that "yes" I took your money and didn't work and there is nothing you can do about it. If you want a good lawyer that is available to talk to you and will actually work your case then please look elsewhere.

Would highly recommend this attorney

Mr. Piculell came highly recommended by a friend and colleague when my family was in need of counsel. He returned my call the same day that I reached out to him for guidance. Mr. Piculell is very prompt about returning all calls and has made himself available around the clock to us. I have found him... to be very knowledgeable, thorough, humble, sincere and compassionate. He has given thought to details, provided multiple options regarding decisions that we could make and helped make us feel at ease through the entire process. Mr. Piculell made sure that we understood all the details and possible outcomes so that we could make sound decisions regarding our case. It is evident to us that he is serious about his position and yet he has made sure that we feel as comfortable as possible during the process. I would highly recommend Mr. Piculell to anyone that is in need of counsel.
