I have spent the last five years immersing myself in the practice and study of tort and accident law and have a robust understanding of various specialized practice areas such as medical negligence, aviation disaster, and maritime injury law. I have a passion for trial advocacy and civil justice and wish to give all accident victims a voice - especially those who have been irreparably harmed or who have lost a loved one due to the carelessness or malfeasance of large corporations or the government. Our civil jury trial system preserves the balance of power in the courtrooms and empowers ordinary individuals to hold powerful actors accountable, which is why I will always be prepared to try your case if it is necessary to uphold your right to fair and full compensation. Sadly, many plaintiff attorneys today will actively avoid trying cases and will advise their clients to settle for less than full value, even if it is not in their clients' best interest - I am NOT those attorneys.
