For the past five years, I have immersed myself in the practice and study of tort and accident law, developing a deep understanding of specialized areas including medical negligence, aviation disasters, and maritime injuries. I am passionate about trial advocacy and civil justice, and I believe every accident victim deserves a voice—particularly those who have suffered catastrophic, life-altering injuries or lost a loved one because of the negligence or misconduct of powerful corporations or government entities.

Our civil jury trial system is one of the most important safeguards against an imbalance of power. It gives ordinary people the ability to hold even the most powerful actors accountable. That is why I prepare every case with the understanding that it may need to be tried. If trial is necessary to protect my client’s rights and pursue the full and fair compensation they deserve, I will be ready. I do not believe in settling a case simply because doing so is easier or more convenient when it is not in the client’s best interest.

As the son of Romanian immigrant physicians, I have always had a deep interest in medicine. That background has shaped the way I approach the medical and scientific issues that arise in my cases, and I take seriously the responsibility to understand the medicine behind an injury and its legal significance. I strive to evaluate each case carefully and honestly so that I can advance my clients’ interests to the fullest extent possible.
