I received a traffic violation of 100+ mph. I was in fear of $1200 fine, driver record ruined and suspension of license for 90 days. One of my CDL Drivers received a citation that was not made out in his name. Could have just went to court and pointed it out and hopefully had it thrown out yet we were concerned that the individual who's name was on the ticket could have had legal issues themselves if we didn't handle it correctly....
