What kind of man do you want fighting for you.??I recently went through the absolutely most traumatic experience of my life. While traveling through Oregon on my way home to another state, l was arrested for a DWI. I was not even drinking. I was told by law enforcement that l could not leave the stat...e and to make matters worse it WAS a Sunday. I have responsibilities l could not stay in Oregon. Lawyers don't work on Sunday!!! I was terrified!!! Mr. Foy returned my call right away. Taking away from his Sunday to help someone he did not know but what is so impressive to me is that after finding out l was arrested in a county that he does not even practice in, this kind man (he knew he wouldn't really even make any money helping me) still spent probably about an hour or more explaining to my husband and l everything l needed to know and how the laws work. I still cannot believe a "lawyer" or really any one person would give up part of their weekend to help someone they don't even know, especially when there would be no financial gain in it for them. Furthermore, Mr. Foy KNOWS his business explaining expertly and precisely, in a way that someone who has never dealt with the law can easily understand. I am so grateful that he was good enough to call me back that Sunday afternoon. Honestly l do not know what l would have done. I was so scared and he made me feel so much better with his knowledge and compassion. That just goes to show what kind of a person he is. That is the kind of man l want fighting for me. I will forever remember what he did for us.

One of my CDL Drivers received a citation that was not made out in his name. Could have just went to court and pointed it out and hopefully had it thrown out yet we were concerned that the individual who's name was on the ticket could have had legal issues themselves if we didn't handle it correctly.... Contacted Brandon and he handled it for us, getting the ticket dropped and cleared the name of the other individual. Brandon was very professional in approaching this and explained in detail all of our options. We'll without a doubt contact Brandon in the future if needed.
