Great Attorney!
Gabe is a great Attorney. I reached out to Gabe based on the good reviews from various websites. Interacting with the Justice system for the first time, Gabe made me feel at ease, was courtoueus, experienced and very knowledgeable. This is how the legal system in America is SUPPOSE to work!
Mr. Biello's professionalism gave us great relief during this confusing and stressful process. HE WENT ABOVE ANYTHING WE COULD HAVE ASKED TO CONDUCT A FULL REVIEW OF HIS CLIENT......You here the horror stories of public defenders and you are left wondering if the legal system will work as intended.....Mr. Biello not only represented his client but he understood the impact on the family. Excellent, Professional Experience
I had never had to hire a lawyer before, and I was honestly terrified about the process. I was recommended Gabe by an acquaintance, and I can honestly state that the experience could not have been better. Not only was Gabe extremely professional and competent, he helped me through a very difficult time in my life both legally and morally -- and when other circumstances beyond my control happened after, went well beyond his duty to make life easier on me. I could not even begin to rate any professional service I've received more highly than Gabe's, and would not hesitate in the slightest to recommend him to others.

Always Responsive and Effective
As the director of a non-profit community service agency I and my staff are the occasional target of abusive and even threatening actions by some of our clients. For years we struggled to manage these situations ourselves, but a couple of years ago we engaged Gabe to handle them for us. Whenever a confrontation escalates beyond rational discourse, a single letter from him usually serves to defuse the situation by tactfully severing our relationship with the client or, if circumstances warrant, by setting ground rules they need to follow if they want to continue receiving our services. Either way, Gabe’s responsive and skillful intervention has repeatedly saved us from hours of useless and often bitter wrangling that are better spent serving the majority of our clients who are equally needy but generally more even-tempered.

Great Outcome
Last year, a couple that had illegally occupied one of our rental units after the former tenants moved out were evicted and left behind personal belongings which were subsequently discarded by the property manager. In retaliation, they engaged an attorney who threatened to sue us and the property manager. Although the property manager’s attorney advised us to settle, we felt their demands were exorbitant and their claims baseless. We sought Gabe’s help and he was able to gather enough evidence to show that many of the claims weren’t simply without merit but were actually fraudulent and represented a pattern of fraudulent activity they had engaged in for years. After we shared this information with the couple’s attorney, he declined to pursue the case and the matter was quietly dropped. We couldn’t have asked for a better or less costly outcome.
