Shelby Rihala is the chair of Jordan Ramis PC's municipal and local government law practice group. Her practice focuses on government law, including public contracting, government ethics, and public records, as well as land use, real estate and general environmental issues. Additionally, she has experience drafting ordinances, IGAs, contracts, real estate agreements, and other legal documents. Prior to her time at Jordan Ramis, Shelby served as City Attorney for several Oregon municipalities. She also worked as the chief of staff to an Oregon state senator and a government affairs associate for Washington County.
