Brandon C Foy

Here it is a few years later and I still think of Mr. Foy and his staff (family). I was given to Mr. Foy through the court system and it was the best thing that could have happened to me throughout my experience with the law. Mr. Foy always addressed my concerns, gave me valuable advice, he was very... empathetic, and always tried to see things from my perspective. I bugged this poor man constantly, because it was my first and only encounter with the law like this. I was worried I was forgot about and that I would just be left to accept whatever the judge gave me. That wasn't the case with Mr.Foy. He and his staff addressed and responded to my calls and emails in a very timely manner and with dignity and compassion. He always made me feel like my case was the only one he had and he was working his hardest to get the outcome I deserved. It turned out in the end that the outcome was amazing and to this day I will always owe it to Mr.Foy and his staff (family) for fighting for me, believing in me and always being there to pick my spirits up when I thought all hope was lost. I can not thank this man enough for what he did for me.

I usually do my meetings face-to-face and seal the deal with a hand shake. This was hard to do as I was 819 miles away and traveling to Oregon was not an option. I was leery about hiring a lawyer over the phone but I had to due some time sensitive issues on my end. Brandon was able to resolve my le...gal issues in 6 days. He kept me informed of my case either by phone or e-mail. He was professional while being approachable. He always responded to my questions promptly. He was very knowledgeable about the law and the operations of the court. I am pleased with the service he provided and would definitely recommend him.
