I appreciated his honesty as some attorneys would sugar coat the case and just tell me what they thought I wanted to hear. Joel was also very personable. He took the time to understand what I was trying to achieve and built a case to meet that objective. I recently hired Mr. Geelan (Joel) for my recent divorce and child custody case. He did an excellent job. To be honest in the beginning I was a little worried because he looked so young when we met in person and I wasnt sure how knowledgeable he would be. Turns out I had absolutely nothing to worr...y about. He is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of family law and knows the process of a divorce case inside and out. He heard my desires for how I wanted the case to turn out and he was honest and didnt give you false hopes but did keep your desires in mind throughout the whole case. The other party turned difficult in the end but Joel handled it like a pro. He handled it with kid gloves when it was needed but was more "stern" when he had to be.
