Ms. Coughlin recognized the importance of securing a critical piece of evidence that was not obviously accessible, and then took on our family's wrongful death case at the end of 2014. Her actions basically sealed the fate of the case that took two years to settle out of court. Without her, we would... not have received the settlement we did and the plaintiff, my brother, would not have had the courage to continue living. Her influence in the case was that strong.
