The one star review on June 9th was simply incorrect and written by my ex who recently went up against Jamie. I hired her and have been working with her and her firm for over two years. She has always been eloquent and professional, but tough when it came to the opposing counsel. My experience with J...amie has been very positive through a rough case. Jamie made me always feel like my matter was a priority, that she was extremely competent with all the laws, and most importantly, had my daughters well being at the forefront of her mind. I cannot recommend Jamie enough and would use her again in a heartbeat!

Jamie has been my attorney for about 10 years in a very complicated child custody matter. She has represented me in court countless time. Two years ago I filed for a modification of the parenting plan, and my child’s dad was granted a continuance on the basis of having an “expert” parenting time eval...uator evaluate our situation. This was the 2nd such evaluation done by this “expert”. The first evaluation came back in favor of a 50-50 plan and Jamie fought hard to make sure that did not happen. The 2nd evaluation came back with the same recommendation and not only did Jamie fight hard against it, she got the evaluator to testify under oath she made multiple ethics violations during the course of the evaluation and was completely in favor of my child’s dad. Both times the cards were stacked against me and both times Jamie was able to show the court that a 50-50 parenting plan was not in the best interest of my child. She is detail-oriented, hard working and caring. I have already recommended her to others but will continue to do so. I know if I ever need her she will be available to help me with my court matters.

I hired Jamie to represent me in my divorce. She is very matter of fact and knows the divorce laws in Oregon. I've already been to arbitration and once I saw Jamie "in action" during the arbitration, I knew that I hired the right attorney. She knows my case, doesn't back down and is able to push bac...k with facts. We had a court date, but the other side failed to file paperwork necessary for their case so the case is pushed out further, but Jamie was able to get a small financial award for me during that hearing. If you are looking for an attorney to hold your hand or to coddle you, Jamie is not that attorney. But if you want to trust someone with getting the job done, who knows the law and will fight for your best interest, Jamie is that attorney.
