Avvo requests that I use this section to write personal information about myself that cannot be found in my education and experience section. I will try to hit some highlights of my life before and after becoming a lawyer. My father was a Major General in the Marine Corps, a highly decorated fighter pilot. Sadly he passed away in April, 2015. My mother is a talented artist, golfer, cook, and seamstress. I have two brothers, one an airline Captain based in Boulder City, NV, and the other one is a self-employed Electrician. I was married almost 27 years to a landscape contractor and we operated a landscape construction business together from 1978 to 1991 in California and Oregon. We divorced in 2005. I also operated a Quarter Horse breeding farm in the Colestin area, just south of Mt. Ashland for 10 years with 23 mares and a syndicated stallion named Johnny O'MacQue. Upon the death of the stallion, I went back to college and finished my undergraduate degree in 1991 and then attended University of Oregon School of Law graduating in 1996. I have lived in Medford, Oregon since 1992, and commuted from Medford to Eugene twice a week to attend my last two years of law school. I am a zealous animal lover and have a Maine Coon Cat that adopted me while I was attending a function at the Rogue Valley Country Club in 2011. In 2012, I purchased the most handsome and gorgeous AKC Belgian Tervuren dog and trained him in agility. He's at the top level now and headed towards his MACH, Masters of Agility Champion. I trained and showed him to his AKC obedience title CDX also. In 2014 I purchased another handsome devil, a AKC Belgian Sheepdog who is now trained in agility and will begin his show career this year (2016). I love to care for the landscape at my home and even mow my own lawns. I have many wonderful friends in the Southern Oregon area and Southern California as well (where I lived in my youth). I am a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR). I have a positive attitude and always look for the good in people I meet. I feel very compassionate towards others with health problems, disabilities, the homeless, veterans, and people suffering from loss. Thank you for reading this if you read to the end.

Ms. Vincent was knowledgeable and professional and most certainly worth the investment. She helped us clearly plan a strategy to best move forward from our difficult situation. I have recommended her personally more than once. Our friend who consulted with her after our recommendation was also please...
Thank you so much Darcy for your recommendation. It was a pleasure serving you. Happy New Year.
"I endorse this lawyer. I have worked with Deborah Vincent on many cases since 2009 involving complex legal issues related to real estate sales, leasing, and financing, in addition to several land use matters. Her knowledge of the law and procedure is outstanding. I have also found that her research skills surpass the majority of attorneys I have worked with in the past. She has a sharp analytical mind and is able to grasp and apply legal principles in creative ways to solve even the most complex problems presented by clients."
"Deborah Vincent is an exceptional lawyer. She is very accomplished in numerous areas of law. She is also compassionate and cares about providing the best representation that she can. I would highly recommend her."
"Deborah Vincent is an outstanding lawyer. Her tenacity is legendary, her lifetime of business and legal experience invaluable. She is a brilliant strategist, and she leaves no stone unturned in the search for the best legal outcome for her clients. I recommend her without reservation."
