One of the best bankruptcy attorneys in Oregon hands down.

Tom was great! I don't use that term lightly. Very knowledgeable of bankruptcy law. Price to do my case was very reasonable. He kept in touch throughout the whole process. He is a wealth of information, in fact he help me find several lawyers for different cases I was going to have to do involving... unlawful termination. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Professional, Courteous, Effective. Hire this guy!

When I went to Tom, I was hopelessly in debt due to medical bills, credit card debt, and unpaid taxes. I was embarrassed. Tom efficiently took me through the entire Chapter 13 process and now, I am over 50% complete with the plan! Look, financial problems can get the best of anyone. There is no s...hame in using the law to protect yourself and your family, financially. If you are in the need of a bankruptcy specialist who can put your mind at ease and get it done right, Tom is your guy!

Made life back to normal again quickly!

In 2013, Tom immediately took action to stop the creditors from harassing me as soon as he took my chapter 7 bankruptcy. He answered all of my questions, of which I had many, and never made me feel belittled or ashamed for the position I was in. He was very organized and efficient, always returned ...my emails in a timely manner and was the most reasonably priced in town. Two years later, I received a letter from a creditor that was cleared under the bankruptcy, and I contacted Tom about it, and he immediately took care of it, the very SAME DAY! I recommend Tom without hesitation. He will make your financial life right again, with the dignity and respect you would hope to receive in this tough situation.
