I was referred to Lance by another attorney for an issue I was having with a violent roommate. I could not have handled or been successful with, doing it on my own. He was transparent. He didn't overwhelm me with legal jargon. He told me what I was up against, he explained the processes, he shared with me ways to be successful, and I came out on the other side better than when I went in to each situation. Life throws curveballs constantly and after three successful experiences with Lance, I wouldn't dream of going to anyone else.

I couldn’t have been appointed a better lawyer than Lance. He’s a straight forward, calls it how he sees it type of guy. He took away any stress that I had with the situation and landed it all on himself.
