Lance is a straight shooter. He not only made me feel heard and supported, he really made me feel like he was going to do whatever it took to take good care of me. From a DUII to an issue with my landlord unrightfully keeping my deposit, Lance worked hard and successfully got me through dilemmas that... I could not have handled or been successful with, doing it on my own. He was transparent. He didn't overwhelm me with legal jargon. He told me what I was up against, he explained the processes, he shared with me ways to be successful, and I came out on the other side better than when I went in to each situation.
