Paul was extremely helpful throughout my entire divorce process— he was quick and thorough in his responses, offered sound and thoughtful advice, and advised me against using/paying for services from him that I didn’t need. When I was having difficulty negotiating an agreement with my former husband,... he suggested some negotiating language that allowed us to come to an agreement much quicker than I anticipated. Mr. Allen helped me navigate a very complex real estate investment property. He reviewed a note that was going to further encumber my interest in the property, which he quickly pointed out did not provide any recourse for that interest. He is personable, listens carefully, pays attention to detail and is sincerely protective of his clients' interests. My recommendation would be to see him prior to negotiation of real estate related matters, hire him, follow his advise and rest easy.

Paul helped me to evict someone who claimed to be a tenant. This person started out as an Airbnb guest, refused to leave, didn’t pay rent for 4 months, was verbally violent and lived like a slob in my home. It was a nightmare situation and Paul was the one to inspire hope, give legal advice, suppo...rt and action to get that guy out of my house.
