I have been practicing criminal law for over 25 years. I care about my clients, I work hard for them and I always tell them the truth. Sometimes the truth is hard to hear, but I won't do it any other way.
In the last 5 years, I, along with my investigator, Eric Mason, have had some amazing wins. We were able to free a man wrongfully convicted of three murders (the case was featured on Dateline--the episode was called, "Murder Mountain"), we got dismissals in a sex abuse case in Dallas, Oregon, and in Oregon City, Oregon. Also, I appealed the wrongful conviction of a woman who was in prison for a sex abuse she didn't commit. We got her out, finally, after years of fighting for her freedom. In the last year, we were able to get another man's murder conviction overturned. The State is currently appealing that decision.
