Mark asked me in our consultation, of how I would like the results to end up, if I hired him. I told him that I would like to have my charge reduced to a lesser charge. I wasn't sure what to make of Mark , during our initial meeting. I looked around his office and noticed a plaque on his wall that... said "100 top trial attorneys in Oregon". I believe that's what it said. I felt more comfortable in my decision making, after seeing that. I hired him, we went to court to try to plea and the assistant DA wasn't budging on a plea. I was on a road trip last year from Los Angeles. Got myself in trouble with littering. Was told by the police that I have to appear in court. Explained to him that Im from Los Angeles and it would be kind of inpossible to appear to which he replied that I can do an online affidavit. I trusted the cop... and months later I called to check out that there is no such online affifavit that i can do. Got Cop conned. Anyway, I had a lot of trouble with irresponsible and unresponsive lawyers until i found Mark. He treated my case as if it was his own case. Was responsive to my calls and was very patient with me.
