Mark asked me in our consultation, of how I would like the results to end up, if I hired him. I told him that I would like to have my charge reduced to a lesser charge. If you have been falsely-accused of a crime, but are actually innocent, Mark Geiger and his investigative team with Eric Mason are the only ones I've met in Oregon who can serve as the equivalent to an "Innocence Project" and advocate well-enough to save you! The process took two and one half years ...to investigate, gather sworn exculpatory witness affidavits which could clearly prove my innocence, and wait for my turn on the docket for fairness when Truth finally revealed itself, but Mark prepared an excellent Appeal with the new evidence as Exhibits, WON the Appeal, and the wrongful conviction was REVERSED!
