Sam Hochberg

I was in a motorcycle accident where the driver of the offending vehicle lied to make the motorcyclist (me) at fault. Other attorneys had turned down my case, but Sam was enthusiastic and he worked with me to be able to get medical treatment (I had NO PIP insurance - ALways have PIP) and to make my c...ase. I was fortunate enough to find there was video of my crash that with the expertise of Sam's team of experts was indisputable evidence that I was in the clear. The case is never over with an admission of culpability however, and he worked to maximize my settlement. In the end it came out to nearly 100,000 all inclusive and Sam charged a reasonable fee similar to many other lawyers I had spoken with. I felt that the legal team really cared about finding justice for me, and wouldn't settle easy just to make the quick turnaround.
