Amanda M Quatier

I offer the highest possible recommendation for Ms. Quatier to represent anyone that requires family, divorce, or sensitive cases involving children! She was beyond professional! Amanda explained everything that was going to happen and was always responsive to my questions and concerns. She prepared... me for all possible outcomes, and I felt reassured that the outcome of my case was as important to her as it was to us. My calls were always returned promptly. She went above and beyond what was expected and fair with billing. This was discussed initially and continued throughout! Ms. Quatier is more than an attorney- she is a superhero; my son would say, “the force is strong with her.” Amanda handled two cases for us and I believe her passion and phenomenal people skills were excellent! When we had court dates she explained everything that was going to happen before we walked in, and then reviewed everything with me after we walked out! What makes Ms Quatier stand out is her incredible knowledge, dedication, and her open, honest, and transparent communication! Being a college professor for 12 years and having to take time off for my sons medical needs did not matter for her; she represented me fairly and handled my cases and the billing as professionally as any other attorney in her field would!

Do not hire Ms. Quatier for legal services. Ms. Quatier handles modest means cases and there is a reason for this. The word has gotten around about how she does business and she is having a hard time acquiring clients. I learned much of this only after I had retained her to handle a parenting time.../support issue. Ms. Quatier made a ton of promises during the initial consultation and none of them ever materialized. I should have realized something was wrong when she spent the bulk of our time talking about her billing process and how her clients need to "top off" their retainer each month. No other attorney requires this. Over the next two months, Amanda did nothing on our action list. She was often difficult to get ahold of, apologizing several times for "not being available". Her complete inaction on my case proved crippling as we had a critical deadline in my case that came and went. Our family has a long legal history and even they have commented that they have never seen an attorney make this many mistakes this early into a client relationship. The OSB is now involved in looking into this attorney. I feel it is important that young attorney’s are held accountable for mistakes they make that affect peoples lives in a profound way. Please look into the history of Ms. Quatier before ever considering her for representation.

I began a case with Amanda over 2 years ago.....along that path of gaining full custody of my 6 yr old daughter and 5 yr old son and ensuring they were no longer in immediate danger.....I found Amanda, I found her through the Modest Means program.....I was a struggling single father full of disappoin...tment with no hope of attempting to represent myself.....Amanda stepped in and STEPPED UP!!!! Not only was she always available for asking questions via phone/text/email.....she was reaching out to me as well keeping me accountable for the parenting classes ect. that were expected of me, it's been almost a year since gaining full custody of my children and I wouldn't be where I am right now.....if it wasent for Amanda!!
