Nick helped us with a hiccup we had with a pending eviction. Nick was prompt and well informed. He was also fair, reasonable and straightforward, and I appreciate those qualities in a lawyer. I would absolutely use him again if I ever needed to retain a landlord/tenant lawyer.

Nick Merrill did a wonderful job handling my commercial property dispute. He worked for me for approximately six months, gave me sound advice and kept me informed at all times.
If Mr. Merrill could not take my call, he would get back to me in a timely manner, including evenings and weekends.
Without his help, things would have turned out very differently.
I highly recommend Nick Merrill.
