Nicest most genuinely caring lawyer I've ever met

I contacted Jose about a dispute I was having with my employer about my vacation payout after a layoff. He called me back just a few hours later and made me feel 100 times better about the situation. Not only did he explain he the legal situation, he made me feel like I was talking to a trusted frien...d. As I was waiting for my company to respond, he regularly followed up with me. I was able to resolve my dispute with my employer without having to take any legal action because of Jose's initial response and Jose was genuinely happy for me. I didn't end up needing to hire him, but it was because of his help that I resolved the situation. I would hire him in a heartbeat if I needed someone and would definitely recommend him to anyone out there needing an employment lawyer. So grateful to have had the pleasure of talking with him. He clearly cared about my situation. I think that is rare these days!

Highly recommended Attorney!

I have worked with Jose and I have to say his knowledge, approach and understanding of the law have been an asset to our company. His quick wit and forward thinking are an attribute not found in every lawyer and his advice always well thought out and in the best interest of his clients.

Knowledgeable and professional with a sense of humor.

Often, if an attorney is involved, the employment situation is negative and stressful. Jose provided us with the expertise to handle several complex employment situations that if handled improperly would have been really costly to the company. His advice allowed us to keep each one out of the court...room. His knowledge of how disgruntled employees react to employment decisions, and how courts view employers in similar situations helped us to do the right things, and minimize our liability. He did this with a serious approach, but kept a sense of humor so that these difficult situations were manageable. I have great confidence in his ability, and give him the highest recommendation.
