Jose A. Klein

I was referred to Jose and his team by a contract attorney who I had used in the past. I had interviewed a few attorneys to represent me and after my initial meeting with him, it was a no-brainer. From the very start, I felt like I could trust Jose. He was an attentive listener and made me feel ackno...wledged, respected, and valued. I wanted an attorney who would fight for me, and someone who I could trust had my best intentions at heart. Jose and his team were diligent, meticulous, and incredibly talented when it came to handling and planning a strategy for my case. They very thorough when explaining certain scenarios, and what to expect throughout the entire process. Jose was aggressive when he needed to be, sympathetic to my emotions and completely exceeded my expectations. Jose and Russell were there for me from start to finish and answered every question and phone call even at inconvenient times. I never felt like I was bothering them or coming to them with a stupid or obvious question. I felt validated, safe, and important to them. The outcome of my case was a positive one and I can't sing their praises enough.

Jose was my attorney that took care of an employment matter for me. Throughout the process, which was about 18 months, he listened to my concerns and walked me through each process. He is a kind soul, he would often check to make sure I was emotionally and mentally doing well. Although my matte...r was a challenging one, we had a positive outcome!

Jose responded to my initial inquiry quickly, listened carefully, summarized my situation accurately, and provided several options to me, should I decide to hire him. I found him to be a responsive and strategic partner in resolving my legal matter. He was sincerely understanding, took no guff from ...opposing counsel's large law firm, and actively pursued (and got) the best outcome for me. While "sense of humor" was not on the list of qualities I considered when seeking legal representation, Jose happens to have a great sense of humor which helped me to keep my sense of perspective (and humor!) during a difficult time. I recommend him enthusiastically!

I contacted Mr. Klein when my employer, a national multi-million dollar health conglomerate, refused to honor a contract and promises I had from a previous administration. At first, it seemed bleak. My employer brought forth their corporate lawyers and the new CEO tried to bully me into settling.... Mr. Klein was open-minded, listened to my needs, and fought back. In the end, he was able to call the company's "bluff" and win me my deserved benefits. Thank you, Mr. Klein!

My legal issues revolved around employment: tortious interference, and slander. Mssrs. Klein and Munsinger were the perfect foil to my hot demand to blow up everything to avenge my sense of justice. In retrospect, I wish I had that initial meeting on video so I could watch their methodical way of tea...sing out the core(s) of my complaints, engaging me in ways that allowed/forced me to examine issues objectively, and with a human/humane mien that showed they clearly understood my mindset and ethos. Ultimately, my resolution was not as fabulous as I wanted it to be, but these gentlemen understood What Is Possible, and outlined paths to be taken, pros/cons, and helped me arrive at decisions that were the right ones. Oh, I'm still aggrieved, but now know that it would be more unsatisfying, and expensive, to pursue litigation. Whatever they got in law school, every other attorney needs to get some of it.
