My brother passed away unexpectedly this past year and it threw our small family into a tailspin of grief, despair, disbelief, and disarray. Steve met with my wife and me (about an hour from his office) to understand our needs and preferences. His office collected background information so that all "end of life" documents (will, trust, advance directive, power of attorney) could be prepared and reviewed before our next meeting. He also ...provided advice about working with our adult children to make sure that they were all "on the same page" to avoid later hard feelings. His office filed necessary documents to create our trust and re-title properties. They have also provided annual follow-up to ensure that our documents are appropriate and still meet our needs and accomplish our desires.
