A truly top-notch attorney

My siblings and I hired Steve Zipper to advise us through the process of dealing with our parent's estates, both before and after their deaths. We had many decisions to make and did not know where to begin. Steve advised and guided us through decisions regarding our parents' waning mental capaciti...es; LLC law; tax strategy for two trusts; the resignation and replacement of two trustees; coordinating with real estate lessees; and the distribution of assets to four beneficiaries. Through it all, Steve was a true professional. He returned our calls and emails promptly; always made sure we understood the law and the steps we needed to take; he made sure the trustees understood and were up to date on their duties; and he helped us resolve our conflicts (not an easy task). Steve earned our trust with his legal acumen, diligence, and his genuine interest in the well-being of us all. I am delighted to give him my highest recommendation.

estate planning and trust creation

I met with Steve, to refresh and update my trust and to do some estate planning. He has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, quick to implement changes. We are streamlining my estate planning and I have a great deal of confidence that this is a sustainable relationship going forward.

Professional, Ethical, Very knowlegable, Efficient, Kind

Steve Zipper did an amazing job for me, as a co trustee, as well as for our family Trust. Often times in these situations, family dynamics can be overwhelming and get in the way of productivity, as it did in our case. Steve handled our rough patches with grace, kindness, unbiased advice, good guidanc...e, integrity and always ethical. It was a complicated case but Steve handled it with the utmost of professionalism. He explained everything very clearly all along the way and answered all of my questions with patience and understanding. Steve always responded in a very timely manner and was always proactive on our behalf. I am so grateful and relieved to have been able to work with Steve - he got the job done and in the best way possible. I highly recommend Steve, he is a true professional.

Very thoughtful and proactive estate planning attorney

Steve has helped my family with all of our estate planning and business needs for over ten years. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone that needs a well drafted and thoughtful estate plan. As with most business owners, my estate plan had to take into consideration the various complexities of ou...r business entities. He was able to take complex issues and simplify them so that my Wife and I could understand and make good decisions. Steve and his team were always very accessible. Accessibility was very helpful given our busy lives. Our estate planning didn't drag on like I've heard from others. I think if you are someone that cares about protecting your family in the event of a death or disability, you should use Steve.
