Tom Brasier

Recently, my old settlement had to be reopened and I hired a lawyer. What I learned from this new attorney is that I had learned very little from my first round with Mr Brasier years ago. When working with him he would get impatient when I had questions. He even left me a frustrated and unprofessi...onal message about not having reloaded my retainer yet when I actually had (he just hadn’t communicated with his secretary). Years later, I’m finding out that my settlement is poorly written, a result of both attorneys involved, with ambiguities in the language that are creating problems for me and costing me more money. I’m learning from my current attorney about rights I’ve had all along regarding custody, tax credits, and child support that Tom never informed me of. My current attorney cares about informing me of my rights and giving me the information I need to make good choices. When I recently called Mr Brasier to ask a question about my settlement, he joked that he never remembers his clients. While this may be true, it certainly doesn’t seem like something worth saying out loud.

If your looking for a lawyer to handle your divorce I highly recommend Tom Brasier. Mr Brasier handled mine quickly, professionally, and either he or his office assistant Alex were available or got back to me in a timely matter. They made a bad time easily bearable and far less stressful than I imagi...ned. Again I highly recommend Mr Brasier and his staff.

I couldn't disagree more with the 2 "anonymous" reviews on here. ( I never put any value to reviews that are "anonymous" ) I've had one attorney prior to Tom. Tom is definitely not motivated by trying to make money off his clients. These processes are expensive, period. Especially if you're involv...ed in a contentious legal battle. I find Tom straight forward, fair in his costs, & he did an excellent job for me in court for an emergency order. These types of legal battles can be emotionally taxing, Hire a good therapist to help you through the emotional stress. Your attorney is there to fight the legal issues for you in a court of law. Tom did an excellent job with utilizing the right evidence I provided him to get my Emergency Order.

I came to Tom after spending a little more than a year and a half & nearly $50,000 with a different attorney. Tom immediately reviewed my case and advised that we were approaching this case all the wrong way especially with the Judge we were in front of. After going through hell for nearly 2 years in... an out of court and being separated from my daughter less my infrequent visits, Tom not only got good results he won us FULL CUSTODY!! Shortly after winning full custody I was laid off and the only job I could find was in another state. So I called Tom and BAM he helped my family get rights to move with my daughter out of state. Tom helped my family be, well, a family. For that my Wife, Children & I say thank you and we all HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tom to anyone who is looking for a good family law attorney!

I have used Mr Brasier for custody matters 3 times now and he has been on top of everything. I trust no one else with my custody matters because he has done such an amazing job. Mr Brasier has been an amazing help threw everything. He is amazing in court he is very educated and professional. Couldn't... ask for a better attorney.
